Summary: Check-in was very slow. Although there were 2 people at the desk only one was checking people in, and a line formed. The woman behind me was quite agitated with the delay. The room was fine, and the bed was comfortable. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower, which was a very unpleasant star to the day. When we checked out the staff didn’t ask how our stay was, barely engaged at all, and told me they’re looking into it when I brought up the cold shower. I would expect something like a parking discount for that kind of inconvenience. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: Room was aged and smelly like a locker room. Very noisy HVAC. Rugs not clean. Bed terrible. Couldn't wait to leave. Only positive was timely airport shuttle.

Summary: This is probably a really good hotel for people staying overnight to catch a plane at the airport that’s across the street. We stayed as tourists, and it was pretty small. The towels were softer than most hotels. There was no in-room microwave. It was with the ice machine. Staff was friendly enough.

Summary: Not a bad stay , just very disappointed in the way they handled the broken ac system in the whole hotel . Telling guest that hey the ac is broken so we are keeping the pool and bar open a little extra is not a good responce

Summary: This was a family trip and we did not want to hit the road so late. We booked based off the chain name and its reputation. The beds were clean and decent, but the furniture in the room and the bathroom were a different story. The furniture was torn up as if something hacked the materials. The fridge was by the desk on the floor as of it were an afterthought that it was needed in the room. The bathroom was the worst. It just was not clean-old urine at the base of the toilet, floor tiles looked dirty as if someone had muddy shoes and tracked black water onto the floor. The shower had visible dirt scum on the floor:I used a hand towel to step on and wash. There was some strands of hair(not my texture) hanging from the knob and showerhead. I did
